How do I sign up for a library card?
To apply for an APPL library card you must be a resident of Sevier or Cocke County with an ID that reflects your residency in either county.
How many items can I check out at once?
If you're checking out for the first time, you're allowed two materials. We offer a variety of multi-media including DVDs, audiobooks, as well as books. After your first check-out, you're restricted to 25 books per patron account and two DVD titles.
Where can I see a list of late fees?

Where is the library located?
Located moments away from downtown, our address is 159 Mills Park Rd. off of Highway 321. Our neighboring landmarks are Rocky Top Sports World, Gatlinburg-Pittman Highschool, and the Gatlinburg Community Center.
